If you are using your tablewares every single day, then I suspect that your tablewares are suffering from stains and tarnishes. The initial thing that you should do is to place your cutlerys on a container that is full with warm water, and dry it using a cloth. Avoid air drying your silver flatwares as this can only cause another stain. Another way on removing the stains of your silver flatwares is by using lemon juice and tartar cream. Carefully mix all the ingredients and apply it to the stains with the use of a cloth. For stains that are stubborn, you can scrub it with a sponge.

You can also try rubbing alcohol to remove stubborn stains. Wipe the flatwares with a cloth that is soaked in alcohol, and leave it there for a few minutes. You might try applying some toothpaste to the stains of your silverwares and let it sit there for a few minutes. You can perfectly rinse them using a warm water, and wipe then with a cloth to dry.

Now for tarnished silver flatware, you can use a bowl and an aluminium foil for this. You should remember that the bowl should be larger than your tableware so that it will have enough space to hold your wares that needed to be cleaned. Lay all your silverware inside the bowl and make sure that they are all lying onto the aluminium foil. Then lightly put some salt on the flatware and fill it up with some hot water, until the water covers all the tableware. Remember to use hot water, to make sure that the tarnish will totally be removed. You can leave them there for an hour.

These tips will surely help you remove those stubborn stains and tarnish on your cutlerys. You can do these tips once a week, to maintain the look of your silver flatwares.
